Trained in Bill Plotkin’s eco-soul-centric human development methodology, Veronika integrates Jungian psychology, art-therapy, group circles, nature-based practices, and poetry into her work. She has worked as a trainer in various European projects on mentoring, coaching, and NVC, with a focus on inspiring youth to take proactive action and channel their creativity into community development.

Holds a Master’s in Marketing and Business Management and has five years of experience in pedagogy and theatre education. Since 2020, she has led seminars, workshops, and training programs in European projects, focusing on women’s leadership, personal development, social inclusion, and transversal skills development to boost creativity and soft skills in young people.

Holds a Bachelor’s in Electronics and a Master’s in Public Administration. Brings long-term experience in project administration, accounting, auditing, and reporting within EU-funded projects. He has also developed digital platforms and e-learning tools, and has trained start-ups in launching e-commerce ventures, strengthening Yggdrasil's digital innovation capacity.

Holds a Master’s in Ecology and Green Jobs and has extensive experience in project management at both European and international levels. She has long-term experience working as a mentor and coach for young people, including those at risk of social exclusion. Katerina designs and facilitates training programs, career guidance workshops, and entrepreneurship mentoring, with a particular focus on green jobs, sustainable development, and supporting young people in their integration into the labour market.
